I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable. The personal wifi in every unit was a great feature that kept me connected. I enjoyed using the swimming pool facilities and found them to be well-maintained. The staff were helpful and understanding, from the receptionist to the manager.

The hotel is located in a busy part of town which made it easy to find food and go shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi connection was good, so we were able to FaceTime with our family during Christmas day.
The staff was not very helpful when we requested additional blankets. It was cold in the room, and the heater was not working.

During my Easter break, I had a great experience at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff could not have been more helpful. the location is excellent, with easy access to transport options and a variety of dining choices within walking distance. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had a good selection.
The pool area, which was a bit run down and not as inviting as I had hoped. the air conditioning in the common areas was not always working, which made for uncomfortable and stuffy conditions.

the noise was constant and kept us up throughout the night. the bathroom was not clean, with stained floors and old fixtures. the staff were not very helpful and often seemed uninterested in attending to our needs. the breakfast was average with limited options. the view from our room was not impressive, with not much to see.
The hotel had one of the worst food services we have experienced in our travels.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable, providing us with enhanced comfort and quality services. The personal wifi in every unit was definitely a plus. The swimming pool facilities were also top-notch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
